Alexander Graham Bell Organization (AG Bell)
The Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing helps families, health care providers and education professionals understand childhood hearing loss and the importance of early diagnosis and intervention.

American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC)
The American Society for Deaf Children supports and educates families of deaf and hard of hearing children and advocates for high quality programs and services.

Hands & Voices
Hands & Voices is a nationwide non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families and their children who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as the professionals who serve them. We are a parent-driven, parent/professional collaborative group that is unbiased towards communication modes and methods. Our diverse membership includes those who are deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing impaired and their families who communicate orally, with signs, cue, and/or combined methods. We exist to help our children reach their highest potential. Hands & Voices serves as the Family Leadership in Language and Learning (FL3) Center through a Cooperative Agreement supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) EHDI
CDC’s Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) program is committed to hearing loss surveillance, research, and health education. Our goal is to help children with hearing loss reach their full potential. These pages contain helpful information for families, hearing health professionals and state EHDI program staff.

National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM)
NCHAM serves as the National Resource Center for the implementation and improvement of comprehensive and effective Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) systems. As a multidisciplinary Center, our goal is to ensure that all infants and toddlers with hearing loss are identified as early as possible and provided with timely and appropriate audiological, educational, and medical intervention.

National Institute on Deafness & Other Communication Disorders
The National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), conducts and supports research in the normal and disordered processes of hearing, balance, taste, smell, voice, speech,and language. This page contains information about hearing loss, hearing screening, ear infections, communication methods and devices, and prevention of hearing loss.

Joint Committee on Infant Hearing (JCIH)
The Committee's primary activity has been publication of position statements summarizing the state of the science and art in infant hearing, and recommending the preferred practice in early identification and appropriate intervention of newborns and infants at risk for or with hearing loss.
